What the helllllll? Why do people insist on placing bike racks like this? There are two sides, ya know. I guess it could be worse, they could have put it right next to the building so the other side wasn't just blocking a sidewalk, but completely inaccessible.

'Nuf bitching. At least there IS a bike rack. But still, brains. Use 'em.
I saw that when I was there last. If you put your bike through the front wheel blocks the handicap ramp.
